Welcome to my website on Biofeedback and my book “Ten: Ayurvedic Portraits”.
As a Biofeedback consultant I help clients to feel less stressed, induce calm and to help them feel good and energised. I do this by synchronising their brainwaves, reducing their negative emotions and cleaning any negative energies.
Biofeedback has a similar effect as meditation and pranayama in Yoga and Ayurveda. Here, modern biofeedback technology and the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda meet. Both systems help the sympathetic nervous system switch to the parasympathetic nervous system which alters the mind and body from a state of stress to a state of peace and relaxation. And, this is why I wrote the book “Ten: Ayurvedic Portraits” based on my understanding and experience in both AYURVEDA and BIOFEEDBACK.
